Gameplay tuning error

Is there a way to fix this completely? Back during the college football season I was getting it maybe one time a month. I am to the point where I get it every time I turn NCAA 13 on. Last night I had the error 5 times in the first 5 minutes the game was on. After the second time, I was kicked off the EA servers. When I remove it and put it back in I still get the error. However, when I remove it and do not put it back in I somehow get in the online dynasty.

So will they fix this in NCAA 14?

Can you be more specific as to what is the error? I haven't heard about it (and obviously don't see it personally).

here is a picture. This time happened when I turned the game on. Yesterday it happened 5 times or so before it finally let me in to online dynasty. Usually it happens after the game not when I first start the loading process.

Have you tried deleting your tuner file?

I have no clue if that'll work (or even if it'll make things worse) since I don't see this problem, so keep that in mind.

Yeah, I have tried deleting the file but still get the error after I replace it when prompted to do so.

Is you're hard drive full? Try delegating some demos & delete the tuner file & reinstall
