NCAA 13/14 Gameplay/Sliders WIP

After doing some research and some testing, I've come up with what I think has potential to make this game more playable. Feedback would be highly accepted.

Difficulty: Varsity(realistic))/AA(preferred)/Heisman(challenge)
Minutes: 9
Fatigue: ON
Play Clock: ON
Game Speed: Very slow(this is important)
Speed Threshold: 58
HFA: ON
ICK: ON

Let the coach choose the play NOT you.

It is important that you use tarheelphenom35's rosters

Penalties:

Offsides: 30
False Start: 20
Holding: 40
Facemask: 2
OPI: 0
DPI: 25
KR/PRI: 27
Clipping: 0
Intentional grounding: 37
Roughing the passer: 35
