How many teams?

This is a dumb question that I am sure has been addressed at some point, but for the life of me I cannot find the right answer to: how many teams are in the FBS this season, and are all of them in this year's game?

Exactly what I want to know, I've been trying to find out for awhile now. More important what teams are going to be added.

There are 126 in the game. The 123 from last year plus Georgia State, Old Dominion, and South Alabama.

I know there's more than just those three coming in real life though. Then again, it may not be this year. I think Georgia southern and a handful of other schools are making the transition
