very interesting. surprised Washington State is still a 1*.
speaking of 1*, Old Dominion should have 0*, theyre still an FCS school and dont start their 2 year transition until the 2014 season.

As a Duke fan, I'd like to know the rationale behind us being a 2 while Wazzou is a 1. Duke kinda sucks at football

Why? Utah has three 10 win seasons in the past 5 years including a BCS bowl victory.
