Based off this, by the time he is a senior he should have

99 Speed
95 Acceleration
99 Truck, Break Tackle, Stiff Arm

I'm guessing he should also have:
99 Carry
85-90 agility, elusiveness, spin, juke
90 something BC Vision
??? - Return (I'm only 15 years old so I never actually got to see him play)

If all of this is correct, how many points do you take off of each to make a freshman recruit Bo?

Yea, gonna be a lot of mid to high 90's on Bo.

I'd venture:

ACC 99 (4.12 40 yd dash)
TRK 97
SFA 96
BCV 93
STA 93
BTK 98
CAR 89

I guess should be for senior Bo, although he was exceptional even as a Freshman. If you start with those then he's gonna progress to all 99's.

I would increase all of those #s by 2 for a freshmen Bo Jackson. That guy was unreal.
