Spin Move

Is still way to overpowered IMO. They really made an effort to improve cuts and jukes this year, but the acceleration after a spin move is still too high. It should look a little more like this.

He maintains his speed after the juke move here

After this spin move he has to regain speed

Re: Spin Move

Yeah, I 100% agree with you. One of the first things I noticed was the spin move was too effective. Hopefully the EA team has seen this and will fix it, not a gamekiller at all.

Re: Spin Move

Yea I agree it's way too overpowered but that just means you better recruit some sure tacklers on defense this year

Re: Spin Move

I think it feels more natural this year, it really depends on the player who is doing it just like any other move. For the past few years its been ineffective to say the least.

Re: Spin Move

You used to be able to head towards the sideline, wait for the defender to take an angle on you and when he was within a few feet, spin back to the inside. The defender would miss just about every time. It went from that to having to perfectly time a spin; most of the time you just spun your way into a tackle. Eventually I just quit using it, not because it didn't work every time, but instead because the using the juke was much easier to have success with, though not guaranteed.
Are you spinning really early or really late to have success using it this year?

Not trying to be a homer (too much) but those runs by Braxton are beautiful.

Re: Spin Move

My theory is that if it did require you to have to regain your speed it would be way too underpowered and no one would use it in this speed obsessed EA Sports football universe.
