What difficulty level gives NO boosts to human and CPU ? Meaning which level is straight ratings what u see is what u get?

Does the Heisman voting heavily favor Scrambling QBs again?
Is their more of a variety in the recruit pool than last year? It seemed like it were heavily dominated by WRs last year.
