This happens when you use the Wisconsin or Ground Attack template.

Play on normal speed and you won't have this problem.

It's my understanding that every game speed other than normal has the "stuck in mud" glitch that you just described. Search "stuck in mud" in this forum and you'll probably find lots of stuff about it (although that's a terrible search as "in" is too short for the search tool and "mud" probably is too).

Did Notre Dame used to be a user controlled team? Not sure about this year's game, but I know in last years, this happened if a user controlled the team and had a custom playbook. We had to have someone else join as that team, switch to a non-custom playbook, then retire. Fixed the problem.

Whats the bug?

Every time I play a game with the U in Dynasty mode, the game plays fine then freezes up randomly during gameplay or supersim during the 3rd or 4th quarter. This has happened 5 times in 2 different games!

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

I don't know how it happened, it didn't start this frequently until I reached week 8 in my 3rd year in Dynasty mode. Yes I can most likely recreate it.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Almost every time I play a game using the U (I use 2 other teams in Dynasty btw if that helps)

Whats the bug?

The colored scoreboard boxes don't have the name of the school or the score. The boxes are there, and colored, but the lettering is missing. After a score update, where the screen goes to the scoreboard, the letters return. I've also had the score bar be missing, but the pop ups still occur, over the empty area where the box is at. I did notice that when it has the box and no school name and score that it seems to hang loading the school logos, which it does before displaying the school names. So it seems to sometimes hang loading the code for the school name and score and they are left blank.

Offline Dynasty, observation mode aka CPU v CPU mode. I was watching a game by my team instead of playing.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Not sure why it happened.

Whats the bug?

While in CPU vs CPU mode (offline dynasty), if I want to change the depth chart, it gives an error message that I can only change the depth chart of my team and not the other. But it is my team I am trying to change. But it instead lets me change the depth chart of the opposing team.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

It seems that one time I went in and was changing the depth chart and then realized it was the other team. Ever since that CPU VS CPU game, it has given the error message. However, before that time I could change the depth chart of my team.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Now it happens every time.
