Lets use this thread to discuss the various coach skills and say which are your favorite and most effective. Make sure to include your level in that skill.

I have the OC boost that is +6 to Injury and 50% more stamina when maxed out. It is very useful when using a heavy running game. In my last contest Dri Archer had a 130 yard fourth quarter including an 82 yard TD made possible by the stamina.

That's awesome. It's great too see your hard work in dynasty pay off. I've been focusing on the recruiting tree so far. Improving the scouting is huge.

Is there anywhere that has the complete list of Coach Skill Tree abilities do when they are unlocked?

Yea, I read over that. Just wondering if there was a list of what the level 2 and 3 skills for each did. I'm sure they are just a reasonable progression of skill 1, but was hoping there would be some hard numbers for some of them somewhere.

I've got another question. Does the HC have any say in hiring coordinators? I'm assuming coordinators come with different amounts of skill points.
