Day 1 patch?

Sorry if I missed it, but is there a day 1 patch, besides the little tuner update that I already have? I have the retail PS3 version and it is almost unplayable. Some of things that jump out right away:

-No huddle play call lag is still there, makes it almost impossible to play against no huddle teams.
-Frame rate drops really low, everything starts stuttering and moving slow, the game becomes unplayable.
-Interception bug is still there, eg. intercept the ball in edzone and they place the ball on the opposite 20

I'm talking about a July 9 patch, that hasn't been released yet because the game hasn't come out officially.

Thank goodness, half of the I can't even play it b/c of the bugs in the instability during games. Mostly doing practice mode right now.
