On a related note: Sony have to sort out the PSN store for PS4. I know it's only simple but the fact we had to have like a workaround to download a brand new, full price game....it's ridiculous.

the only way I would do that is in person where I put the info myself and then log off. Plus, as I said, if you did that, i would have no more spots on my account for anything else.

The thing is, every single day the store seems to work fine except for tuesdays, the MOST important day for it to work. They should find a way to put the games up on the store before tuesdays and then just keep them hidden, so that at midnight they just unhide it and its ready to go.
