Pre-order Bonus DLC issues

Ive emailed Walmarts customer support, so we will see if they have a clue.

EAs response is that it isnt their issue, to contact Walmart.

The problem is that we (Walmart PS3 users) never get the 12 digit code. The instructions say to input the "Bonus Code" on the pre order card on the zreward site. When we do we get 2 emails about VUDU both saying that if there are other rewards they'll come in a separate email. But the other email of course never comes.

Agreed, I am not a fan of that stuff as well. Just let me play the game.

Ya but for the people that ARE interested this kinda sucks. Also Walmart probably sold a lot of copies they otherwise would not have based on the promise of the add on's so it is really unfair that other outlets are holding up their end while walmart is not.

Yea the issue is solely on Walmarts end that they arent sending out console codes for the DLC at all. Easy fix Id assume, just need to get it sent up the chain
