Ultimate Team -- Getting players from Skills Trainer

So, if you beat the gold score on a drill in the skills trainer, you unlock an ultimate team player. I've beaten a bunch of them and don't see my unlocked players showing up.

Also, I got Aaron Hernandez from one of the skills trainers, so that might be why.

Such low ratings for most of those guys. Charles Woodson an 80? In college he was never that bad.

They're "freshman" versions of each player. Most, if not all, of these guys should have higher rated versions you can get.
