Amazon always sends me any codes on Monday. I just assume everyone got them the day before the game. Now I feel special. Much love to the Amazon.

Yeah, just double-checked mine. Received Monday(July 8) at 4:19pm.

Pre-ordered and received the game on release day, but never got an email with the Pac 12 Ultimate Team pack code. Tried customer service, but finally got a response that my order didn't meet the criteria because I didn't order the Anniversary Edition (sigh). Anyone else have this issue?
