QB completion % low? (Sim stats)

Is anyone else experiencing this in dynasty? I'm scrolling through the teams and most have 40s and 50s for completion %.

Pretty sure this happened last year too. I really only care about my team's stats so it doesn't bother me too much, but of course I would prefer it to be realistic.

Re: QB completion % low? (Sim stats)

This has been happening for the past 4-5 years. Nothing new here really. It tends to kill passing yards in dynasty as a side effect. Less completions = less yards. To correct it you can edit all coaching sliders to be slightly more pass heavy to get a realistic number of completions if you can overlook an unrealistic amount of attempts. Or you can just leave it as is and have a realistic play balance while having an unrealistic completion percentage and yardage. It's up to you.

You have to raise the AWR, THP and THA of the QBs for them to have higher completion percentages, but then the other stats will be inflated as well. As said previously...same old problem, new year.

There was a huge test last year done by a guy with the Ark Razorbacks logo for his avatar. Wish I could find that thread for you. I'll give it a try and search in google.

I thought this was something EA was supposed to address

They don`t pay attention to the Sim stats anymore.

I remember there was a time in Madden that they did. But NCAA never did that.

QB % are really low, many games with 7/34. I`m not sure if i could deal with that kind of stats in my play games.

If you finished with QB % at 58% you will be top ten in the NCAA. Not good.

Yeah it's like the cuve they use is totally off. Seems like more than half of the QB's have a completion percentage below 50.

Re: QB completion % low? (Sim stats)

NCAA had been better than Madden in this regard. Had a lot of QBs in the 60's while Madden had 65% passers completing in the low 50's (Brees, Brady, etc). This is disappointing. I don't want my QB to lead the league in every statistical category.
