Coach Carousel is completely busted for HC

This is not a bug/glitch. They made it more of a challenge, I personally hated getting my dream job in year 3 or 4. An last year they had a bug where you start as a B+ OC or DC so it made it easy.

Yeah, I always thought it was too easy to move into a great head coaching position.

but in 6 years of simulation no user got to pick any other coaching jobs, other than the commissioner.

im seeing some really neat things. UL Layfayette just went 11-2 randomly in my first year. because of this, the HC got the job as head coach of TCU, and the offensive coordinator of Nebraska was replaced by OC previously of UL La. All the other coordinators were guys who had great seasons etc. seeing consistency with this at least for the first time.

Maybe it's because no one wants them? One person still got an offer.

If you are in year 6 of the dynasty, then how has Butch Jones been at Tennessee for 8 years??? This will be his first season at Tennessee. Is there a possibility you are complaining because you're not getting offers due to the fact you're simulating the games & not building up your coach???

yes, were you the commissioner? I just found it hard to believe that after 6 years only 1 user coach...whom is the commish, got offers from other schools EVERY YEAR, I mean the season we actually played, one user won the Natl Title with Old Dominion and got 0 offers, I just remember last year u took turns during the coaching carousel, either staying at your school, or choosing a new position, but this year it seems that you are stuck at the SAME school forever, unless you are the commish, then you can select your options before the positions fill.
