Sim Engine Still Broken
One thing I was hoping EA would fix this year simply because it seems like such an easy fix are the sim stats. These have been broken for at least the last 2 years. I've simmed several seasons on NCAA 14 using various difficulty levels, slider sets, etc. I've come to the conclusion the sim engine is still broken in this year's version.
Here is what I'm talking about.
IRL 10 teams averaged 500+ypg, in majority of sim 0 teams average 500+ypg
IRL 21 teams avg'd 300+pypg, the average in the game is 8-9
IRL 30 teams avg'd 200+rypg, the average in the game is 8-9
This has lead me to try and super sim all the games to see if I get better results. First impressions are not good as teams are routinely averaging less than 4 yards per carry. 80 teams average 4+ ypc last year. Not to mention the fact that super simming every game is tedious.
