Now that I have looked through all the teams I want to use Boise St. or Arizona St. because of all their sick uniforms, except they're both too high of a prestige to start out at for me.

Arizona state in the game is only 3 stars

Temple is a 2-star team but with a solid squad that would fit a spread option playbook in a decent conference.
