I had a recruit lock me out, had anyone else seen this. Not sure why either?

It's all a part of the new recruiting system. Recruits now lock you out if you aren't interesting them enough. And unless you have the locksmith perk, you can't get back in the fight by spending points like you would a recruit who hasn't locked you out.
