I always get Black punters and white defensive backs.

The coolest names I have gotten are Zac Brown and Phillip Phillips.





A weird one was William William.

EA added more white skill players and didnt tweak tweak the naming system i guess ()

My question is how do you know that these recruits aren't bi-racial?

I'd rather EA fix
DB glitch
Dumbed down defense
Never ending blocks
QBs that never challenge coverage therefore they only throw slants, outs, posts or scramble into sacks. Before they worry about making sure that white players don't have "black names" and black players don't have "white names".

That's fair enough, but tweaking the naming system is probably not complex and would probably only be a matter of a few hours research and maybe some minor coding tweaks. (Basically, you find out the naming trends by ethnicity (for around 1995 if you want to be very accurate lol), which I'm guessing the census bureau could give you, and then use that to create some name lists and have the game use them).

Wow i have friends who are white named Tyrone and Jerome... so this thread is pretty dumb IMO. I don't know why people care about that kind of stuff. People name their kids dumb things all the time, doesn't matter what race it is.... Why do people care about this stuff?
