Sounds like it hasn't changed much. My favorite is still a toss-up between George Washington and Paul Paul, who in NCAA '11 lead the Irish to consecutive National Championships as their quarterback.

I have absolutely no idea. What could possibly be the ramifications of admitting that certain names are most likely to be given to people of a certain race?

People can present anecdotal evidence, my friends named this or my dads named that, but that doesn't change statistical facts. Anyone can look up baby name statistics in which the top 10 names for white boys and black boys have exactly 0 names in common.
