New DC - No Skill Points
My DC got hired away in the off season and now I have a new one that is level 15 with no skill points and no skills... should he have one or the other? Kind of useless to have one that high of a level with no skills and it taking so long to level up.

wait so online they have levels, but you dont get to manually put the points in the tree where you want?

Im glad i dont play this game online. seems like a completely different (bad) experience than offline

This seems to be a glitch in online dynasties.

I have seen many people posting on here that this is happening to them in an online dynasty.

I've seen the same gripes from others, that's why I asked if it was online or off.
