Started out as head coach. we started at level three just so we could put the three points on scouting. So we could scout 100 % at the start instead of waiting to week three.

Even though some people here are saying transferring commish helped them. It did not help in this situation as it kept giving me the job offers. Maybe after a complete season as commish for umass it will offer him something.

Even if that is the case, there's no way the 12th member of an online dynasty will want to wait until year 12 to get a chance at a job. This is ****ing BS EA!!!

IT JUST HIT ME!!! I forgot all about the fact that you could apply for open jobs while someone else was on the clock...well at least you could in NCAA 13. Has anyone experimented with this to see if that may help this situation at all???

I ran into this same problem after year 1

But after year 2 we all got offers..maybe its only the first year?

Maybe it takes until the end of the season... so pass around commish duties and then it takes a calendar year? lol idk just throwing things out there

Ridiculous. Such a deal breaker. Online dynasty with friends and building up from lesser teams is THE reason why I pay for this game. This seems like it would be such a huge deal but I guess uniforms and equipment is more important. Very strange.

Sort of confused after reading the thread. Has anyone confirmed success after transferring commish to each user? and how long do they have to be commish?

I could be an idiot, but didnt someone from EA come in this thread and say if you all had created coaches you wouldn't get offers year one, implying that after year one you would?
