Re: Unstoppable Formation?

I've read on this, and I actually wondered about this when I played high school football. If you have two mobile quarterbacks, or just two smart quarterbacks, that could be the most unstoppable formation, using both of their smarts. Football is evolving, the power formations of old are still alive and well, but the spread and smaller, faster players are causing coaches to be creative. Plus, with 2 Qbs, it could make the no-huddle work even faster, as the lesser(?) of the two could be the play guy at the line, then make the audible adjustments. It's something to think about, but I believe this will happen in the collegiate level very soon. Think back to 2007, when Michigan played Appalachian State. How many spread offenses have we before, then after? The thing that gets me, though, is this: the SEC was introduced to the spread by Florida and Urban Meyer, now 8 teams run it there! EIGHT! But the top teams are all still ground and pound, defensive teams: LSU, Bama, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia. Moral of the ramble? Sometimes the grass isn't always greener, but this WILL make it to college ball in a few years
