The two that always annoy me, and I'm paraphrasing here.

"He can't force the ball into coverage like that. He has to learn to throw the ball away"... after I just threw the ball away.

"They're going 5-wide and the quarterback is all alone in the backfield!"... even though I have a running back right beside me, ready to run a draw play.

1st quarter, score is 3-0. Nessler is ranting on about how it is not time to panic, and the offense needs to stick to it's game plan.

I remember thinking how great the announcing was back in 2003...which it was. But somehow 11 years later it has regressed.
