Turn off Coaching Carosel in OD?

It used to be that you could turn off the coaching carosel in Online Dynasties. I can't find that option this year. I'd hate for someone in my dynasty to lose their job, it would destroy the fun. Has anyone seen this option?

No it is not an option this year. They have, in turn, made it much harder to lose your job.

In single user, it's good.

But in multi-user, it can suck big time for two reasons.

We have seven people starting at the same time, with similar teams. We want to see where everyone is after five seasons or more with their team. Obviously, if you have to change teams it destroys the objective.

Second, sometimes we pick teams in the same conference. You must pick an ACC team for example. If you are suddenly fired from Duke, now you are likely no longer in the ACC.

Third, when you move you are stuck with the recruiting the CPU did for you during the season. Again, you can no longer compare apples to apples.

(Yes, I know that was three reasons, not two. )

Just have your OD coach become the coach again at his old school. He misses an offseason of recruiting as a penalty for his losses.... and then he becomes the "new" coach again at his old school.
