How do you use a current roster while also having current rosters for teambuilder teams (Appalachian St., Coastal Carolina, etc.)?

When Charlotte (I replace Idaho with them) joins C-USA East you can either move UAB to the West or make them independent. They will join the West when their football program restarts anyway.
