Elite schools do not get that much more visit points than smaller ones. In this particular situation, FSU has +35 more bonus points, I'm going to assume +200 time spent points on the recruit weekly considering USA is giving +500 points a week while FSU is likely giving +700 points a week. Right there with everything else equally there are going to come away with +235 more points.

I'm not seeing where they would be getting +1720 points just for their visit. Likely its:

+700 time spent
+305 bonuses
+715 visit.

I'm not sure I would expect a program like USA to be able to get a recruit over a program like FSU under these circumstances. They would just have to go for the ones that aren't being recruited by the FSU's of college football.

Don't forget Royal Treatment (3) = +400 points. I have netted 1200+ points with Rice only on RT1.
