It's a result of fiddling with conference setups. DO NOT GO INTO THE CUSTOM CONFERENCE SCREEN.

Going into the custom conference screen results in the game thinking you changed the alignment, resulting in the SEC/ACC/MW suddenly having 9-game conference schedules.

I know there are some teams that don't play a real schedule.
