Please Share Your House Rules For Recruiting

I am quite far (30+ years) into my dynasty, and my skill tree has been maxed out for a while, so here is my routine. (Not necessarily house rules, but how I go about it.)

1. Add 20 prospects in preseason
2. Scout all to 100%
3. Narrow My list down to 15
4. Give every recruit 430 points, one gets 480.
5. Continue for a couple weeks, recruits that fall too far behind get cut and points get relocated.
6. After I get a couple of commits, I go to all prospects and sort by lowest percentage committed, and drop the max 700 on one or two guys and try to steal them. (This backfires occasionally as you can imagine, but I have landed a couple huge recruits this way.)

Started a dynasty the other week, and I have been using these house rules (now in year 2), but the first rule I made up for myself was to do no recruiting at all until I would get a Head Coach job :

Based on my school prestige,
- No * limit on prospects who have me as one of their top 3 schools
- No * limit on prospects who are from the same CITY as the school
- I can recruit 1* over prestige as long as the prospects are in-state or from a pipeline
- I can recruit at same level as prestige for any other prospect from any state

Recruit #
- I can recruit only the same amount of prospects as I have seniors leave
- If I have juniors leaving early, I can add 1 prospect for each 2nd junior who leaves, until I get to 60 total roster spots

I was rather lucky in year 1, took the OC job at UMass (1*) and we had a good enough season that I got a HC job offer at Tulane (1*) right after the season finished. The Green Wave went 3-9 the previous year so I'll have my work cut out for me. As far as recruiting goes, I have nice pipelines (IIRC Louisiana, Texas and Florida), but there are also prestigious schools competing for the same recruits as me, so it'll be a nice challenge !
