Where did my oc and dc go?

Playing unc dynasty year two go to coach progression and I have new offensive and defensive coordinators. I didn't fire them or anything but I guess maybe in dynasty you have no control over this? Is that the case? What happened?

Probably became HC of another program.

They were possibly fired for under performing but most likely they were hired for a better position/team (IE. coordinator at a more prestigious school or HC at some school). You following the coaching carousel during the offseason.

Coach Central -> Coach Info
and sort by coach name to see where they are now.

After good seasons your OC and DC leave to coach other schools, I haven't had the same OC or DC for consecutive seasons yet. It annoys the hell out of me to get OCs or DCs with no experience after I've levelled the one I had because earning experience for them is so damn difficult; though I have lucked into getting former head coaches to be OC or DC and they usually a higher level than my HC.
