How to Truck Stick and Reorder Playbook Formations?

I can't find the truck stick (that was advertised in the trailers) in the game controls, can anyone help me out? Also, is there any way to reorder your formations in Custom Playbooks?

As far as the truck stick, I think you have to push the "R3/RS" button. Like, not move it in a direction, but actually push it.

Truck stick is pushing the RS up. I don't know what clicking the RS does, but pushing it up is for trucking.

In CPBs the formations in each grouping (IE. SG group, Ace group, etc) are ordered top to bottom in the order that you added them by first to last.

Defensive playbooks are ordered however they want, it seems. I tried to apply the same method of ordering the Off playbook to Def to no avail. I have a stupid order of 335, 43, 34, quarter, dollar, nickel, dime. I like to go with less DB formations to the left and work up. Oh well.
