Dynamic Coach Duo

Has anyone seen an amazing coaching duo like this. After year 1 LSU only won 3 games and fired Les Miles after the season. And of all places he signed with Alabama as their OC. So they have Saban leading the team and Miles calling the plays on offense. Have you guys ever seen an amazing coaching staff like this?

Re: Dynamic Coach Duo

How about Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick with the Giants. I would say that was pretty dynamic.

In one of my dynasties Les was Nick's coordinator as well.

Re: Dynamic Coach Duo

In my dynasty where I started out as the OC at Boise State, I am in Year 2018 and BSU fires Chris Peterson after a 4-8 season. (The year I was there we went to the National Title game) I am currently the HC at Georgia State. Boise State hires former Bronco OC Bryan Harsin (current HC at Arkansas State) who had hired former BSU QB Bush Hamdan to be his OC. After 1 season of replacing Harsin as the HC at ASU, Hamdan got offered a job as the HC at Virginia. However when I was looking through the coaches to see if some big time names were now OC's I am across the fact that Peterson took the OC job at Michigan for Brady Hoke. The Wolverines have beaten Ohio State 3 out of the past 4 years but continue to fail to win the Big Ten, but they have ruined OSU chance at a National Title with those 3 wins.

Same for me, after just one year Les gets fired goes to Bama. Bama lost both the coordinators, I want to say they also got Bill O Brian. I know he was fired not 100% sure where he went.

Here's a funny one, Oklahomas DC goes to Iowa for the HC, so Iowa HC goes to Oklahoma as DC. This was my first year in the coaching carousel, I thought there was way to much moving around. I had coordinator offers at nearly every 6 star school, stayed with my Hoosiers, I want to get a good program built before I leave them to the dogs of the B1G.
