Need help picking a team

Title says it all. I have some guidelines for the team and I'll be posting it in the dynasty section.

1. 1 or 2 star school (I'll be the head coach)
2. Play in a conference with a championship game
3. Must be a cold weather school

UMass is a pretty decent choice. There only good pitch to start off with is a B+ in academic prestige. They also play in a stadium that can fit about 70000, so if you are looking to build them into a powerhouse your attendance can reflect how successful they have been.

They are one of the worst teams to start off with though as far as overall goes. They do have a lot of freshman and sophomores though so within 2 years you can put a respectable MAC team out there.

Other than that, most MAC teams fit your criteria. Have a conference championship and are mostly in the North of the country so you will have cold weather. Any of the Michigans (Central, Eastern, Western) could work. I believe that Miami (Ohio) is a 1 star team as well.

The MAC is your best bet based on your criteria

A lot of these arent cold weather schools: FIU, Old Dominion, Tulane, Umass, and Wyoming

I would say Wyoming or Eastern Michigan. I base this solely on uniforms and Wyoming has an awesome stadium with the pine trees behind each end zone. However, the end zones are wrong at Wyo.

With your statement I'm guessing you have never been to Massachusetts or Wyoming.

Temple
UMASS
Indiana
Maryland

I used to live an hour away from Temple and it's not that cold there. If I were you I would roll with UMASS or Maryland.
