Is the online W/L broke for disconnects?

Twice today I didn't get credit for an online win.

This afternoon I was tied 14-14 with someone running down the clock to kick the game winning FG. They disconnected. The screen came up saying if I clicked quit and count I'd get a win, so I clicked that and instead it gave me a loss.

Then just now I was winni g 7-0 and the guy went for it on 4th and long, didn't get it, so I have it first and goal. He disconnected. I click quit and count my record has not changed. Didn't count it as a win or a loss.
