On the recruiting skill for the head coach, the top skill which involves the ability to get an instant commit. Are there any baseline parameters for this?

In other words, do you need to be leading, in the top 10 or is it completely random?

I know in years past you had to be the lead school, but curious.

You have to be leading. That's it. Could be a 10 pt. lead, could be a 500 pt. lead, but you have to be leading.
I am NOT sure if you leading by more points increases % chance.
