Get NCAA 14 or save my money?

NCAA '14 is by far the best version of this franchise we've seen this generation. Every aspect of the game, on-field and off, is an upgrade over '13 and any other predecessors.

It's still not perfect, and a lot of the legacy issues and problems that have plagued this console generation persist, but this is definitely the best NCAA Football on the market right now.

If you like the franchise, you owe it to yourself to get 14, IMO.

Easy decision imo, it is a buy.

Just the way players run and actually have momentum with each cut this year, along with a blocking system that actually works, makes it impossible for me to play last year's game. I've tried and it's frustrating when linemen miss blocks or ignore guys and RBs can change directions on a dime. 14 is far superior to 13 in gameplay and basically all aspects.
Also, recruiting takes maybe 5 minutes while also being in-depth/realistic. It's no longer an hour long ordeal dealing with phone conversations.
The coaching skill trees are also fun as you actually have to be a good coach first to recruit well. The non-recruiting skills also have their place as you can see some of them in actual coaches.
In my opinion, you owe it to yourself to get this year's game if you like the series and college football in general.
