so I'm looking everywhere for this thing and can't find it. Then it dawns on me that maybe it didn't some with one. Did NCAA 14 come with a manual? I know some developers are getting way from them.

Not a hard copy; I think it can be accessed on the game's main menu.

There is a basic "how to" manual that can be accessed within the game. There is also a wealth of information within this Forum to help you gain a more in-depth understanding of the game.
