Uniform Packs for NCAA Football 14 - Can someone upload them?

In game:
Go to team management then to uniform store

All of the uniform packs are still up

It says I can't get the free pack though. Is it still possible to get it.

Not if your outside the US

All packs are still up, BUT you MUST be in the US for it to download

I'm in the US. It just says error on the free pack every time.

Must eb something wrong with your system. I just got a copy of the game a couple of days ago and downloaded the free pack with no issues.

How? It won't allow me to download them. When I go to the uniform store and select the ones I want, it only says "cancel" and no "download now" or "purchase" buttons. Anyway I can still get them? I am on Xbox 360
