How can I get NCAA 14 today? PC or PS4

I'm trying to figure out how I can play NCAA 14 on either a PC or PS4. I'm fine with purchasing the product, but it doesn't seem to be for sale on Origin for PC (easports) and I know I can't play a PS3 disc game on PS4...is there a way to digitally download it on PS4 or PC?

Also, I am looking to mod whatever copy I get...at least new rosters for 2015...what are my options here?

It has never been released on PC sadly and it was not released for the Next-gen. Sorry dude..

You should buy a copy of ncaa for ps2, i recommend either 06, 09, or 11 and grab pcsx2. Turn on extra+preserve sign clamping, the check box speed hacks (not sliders), and async audio. Save state often in case of an occasional crash and have fun!
