Early predictions..Who will be the highest rated player at each pos.?

Just for fun....

In July...who do you think will be the highest rated player at each position?

Some possibilities.....


Quarterback-Jason White, Oklahoma, Matt Leinhart, USC

Runningback-Carnell Williams, Auburn. Darren Sproles, Kansas State

Wide Receiver-J.R. Russell, Louisville

Offensive Lineman-Peterman, LSU

Defensive Lineman-David Pollack, UGA (guaranteed!)

Linebacker- Will Derting, Washington State, Matt Grootegoed, USC

Defensive Back-Darnell Bing, USC, Antrell Rolle, Miami

These are just off the top of my head so I'm sure I'm missing some bona fide contenders.

Thoughts?

I'm hoping Brad Smith is the highest rated QB, he was a 93 last year as a soph.

If Jason White is the highest rater QB im gunna think EA has serious lack of football knowledge...

but i think

QB - Brad Smith Mizzou, or Matt Lienart USC

and at linebacker it will be Derrick Johnson Texas without a doubt...

Man...

I'm sitting here thinking the Receiver position is really different from last season.

It seems like every top receiver went pro from last season. Michael Clayton, Mike Williams, Larry Fitzgerald, Rashaun Woods, Roy Williams, Reggie Williams....

I'm really interested to see who the top 5 or so Wideouts will be.

Another no brainer is Pollack as the highest rated DE. That is just about automatic. I think Caddy and Sproles are obviously the highest rated at RB in 2005..in which order I'm not sure.
