There speed/strenght/etc don't change.. it is just the position specefic ratings that they are lower in because they aren't really a player of that position. So overall might change but those things don't.. I think.

Thats good to hear IMO...can anyone confirm this? Because, if this is indeed a problem, someone needs to hit up the wishlist forum
