The team ratings on the E3 version of the game are the EXACT same ratings that NCAA 2004 shipped with. Obviously, since the pre-season magazines and predictions are still several weeks away, this will be one the last things done to the game before it goes gold. The rosters definitely still have some work that will be done on them, as well, so no need to sweat that stuff.
