How do you build your o-line?

Just curious to hear how you guys build your offensive line. Of course it depends on the system, but as far as what players you look at for what position.

For example, do you want your guards to be stronger than your tackles so they can anchor against DTs? Or do you want more athletic guards who can pull and get out in space. I'm running a run heavy pistol offense, so I'm kind of wondering what you guys would do

LT-pass blocker and 6'5" or taller
LG-balanced
C-balanced and under 6'3"
RG-balanced
RT-run blocker

I like balanced in the middle to run block on read or dive runs but still keep middle of the pocket clean. I move guys around based on blocking ratings.
