When do you retire as a coach?

It's 2030, I'm 64 and I have the rest of this season plus two more.

Is that the end of the line?

I don't think user coaches retire.

I know that coaches that are ~60+ will not get head coach offers at other schools. I wonder if that's the case with user coaches.
