I would agree with these. I'll add some.

American: Philadelphia

Big 12: Houston Reliant Stadium (it's been here before) or San Antonio Alamo Dome (also been there before)

C-USA: Could alternate it between the West and East (East: A bowl in FL/West: Bowl in Texas or Louisiana).

Mountain West: Denver Mile High Stadium or Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego

Re: Best stadiums for Conference Championship games

Depends on how you have your conferences set-up I guess. If it's fictional, I like to make the American a Northeastern league so I'll put it in East Rutherford or Baltimore.

If it's accurate conferences, and you don't mind playing with bowl logos on the field then I'll try to find neutral cities.

AMERICAN - MetLife, M&T Bank, Citrus Bowl, Nashville
BIG XII - Cowboys Stadium
C-USA - Citrus Bowl or Gator Bowl
MWC - Mile High
PAC - Santa Clara
SUN BELT - Birmingham

Also the Big Ten at Soldier Field is cool.

Re: Best stadiums for Conference Championship games

From a realism standpoint...

AMERICAN:
Citrus Bowl - The American conference has 2 teams from the State of Florida, plus what better way for visiting fans from up north to plan a football trip to Disneyworld? Citrus Bowl seems pretty affordable to host The American Conference Championship too.

Sugar Bowl: The American conference has Tulane and New Orleans is a great venue for hosting big sporting events. However, unlike the Citrus Bowl, I can't see the Superdome being more than halfway full for an AACCG

Jacksonville: NFL stadium in Florida that acts as more of a neutral site than the Citrus Bowl or Outback Bowl. Navy town.

Other spots: Baltimore (close to Navy), Liberty Bowl (in Memphis)

BIG XII:
Jerryworld - enough said

NRG Stadium - not as big as Jerryworld but great for hosting a Big 12 CCG.

C-USA:
Alamodome - The C-USA has 4 Texas schools including host UTSA. San Antonio is a great venue with an affordable stadium to rent.

Boca Raton - nice location, affordable, and the C-USA has 2 Florida schools in FIU and host FAU.

Old Cotton Bowl - in Dallas, cheap, and more of a neutral site than the Alamodome.

MWC

Mile High Stadium - the home of the Denver Broncos seems like the ideal location for a conference that calls itself the "Mountain West". However, the stadium may be too big and too much of a disadvantage for west coast teams.

Sam Boyd Stadium - Vegas baby! Host UNLV is in the MWC and having the championship game in Vegas has many advantages. It sits right in the middle of the Mountain West conference. Easy travel. Affordable stadium for the conference. And of course, Vegas is a popular site for tourism.

Qualcomm Stadium - NFL stadium situated in a popular California city. Might be too big for the conference though.

PAC 12

Sam Boyd Stadium - great location for the reasons listed above. However, stadium might too small

Qualcomm Stadium - about the right size for a Pac 12 CCG

University of Phoenix stadium - newish NFL stadium. Most ideal for a Pac 12 CCG. Seems pretty expensive to host though

Kraft Hunger Bowl - this is supposed to be the 49ers new stadium in Santa Clara but in game its represented as a generic stadium. The actual Pac-12 CCG is played in the 49ers new stadium.

SUN BELT

Superdome - the Sun Belt is headquartered in New Orleans. Stadium would be way too big for a Sun Belt CCG.

South Alabama - Mobile sits in the middle of the Sun Belt and host South Alabama is part of the conference. Stadium is affordable and the perfect size.

UAB - decrepit Legions Field is represented by a generic stadium instead (Legions Field was in the PS2 versions). Probably the worst stadium to have a football game, but for a Sun Belt CCG, this would be an affordable option situated in a city (Birmingham) that like Mobile, could be considered the epicenter of the conference.

Independence Bowl - like Legions Field, it is represented as a generic stadium. However, Shreveport is a neutral site where Sun Belt fans can easily travel to watch a game and do some gambling.

UCF stadium - similar concept for using the Citrus Bowl to sell AAC fans on Disneyworld. However, unlike the Citrus Bowl which holds 65K capacity, UCF's Bright House Networks Stadium has 45K capacity, making it more affordable and realistic for hosting a Sun Belt CCG
