Is it possible to add a playoff system to an existing online dynasty?

I have an online dynasty that is in its 6 season. It has gotten to the point where we are in the PAC-12 and because we have maxed out recruiting my team (California), my one friends team (Oregon State), my other friends team (Colorado), and SOMETIMES my other other friends team (Arizona State) are always in the top 10. And the winner of our conference always goes to the natty and the loser of the conference champion could be a top 5 team, but based on conference standings they end up going to a ****ty bowl. So we want to add a playoff either 4 or 8 teams. Is it possible to add this to an existing dynasty??
