I've always been of the opinion that the best slider set for you is yours. You can find a set to use as a starting place if you want, but no one plays the game the same way that you do. Only you can adjust them for your game.
Running to easy? Make it harder.
Passing too tough? Make it easier.

If you want a real, multi-year challenge, use tough sliders and implement recruiting restrictions on yourself, and then play as Georgia State but move them to the SEC. Good luck not getting fired before you can improve them
