All I want is the ability to call slant hot routes. Madden has it, and it would be simple to add. I guess I'll have to find that out when the beta comes to OS. But overall, WOW, this is going to be amazing!

Thanks,

In one of the video tutorials/interviews I watched (I'm pretty sure it's the "How to run the option" tutorial on EA's site) the guy talking said "slant hot route" so it may be in there. However it could have just been a slip of the tongue. Not sure but go check it out if you like, gives me hope!

I'm shocked people aren't talking more about the online improvements. I like the idea of the tournaments. This online "scouting" feature has me sort of split down the middle. I like the fact that we get to see the tendancies of our opponent, however, I always liked the mystery of the guy I was playing on the other end. I guess this will lead to people changing their playing styles more often.

Is it July yet? NCAA 2005 is going to be a great football game. Rotating schedules and "icing" the kicker are going to be great.

Be awesome if EA fixed the sweep play this year.

Lombardi once said about his Packer sweep:

"what we need is a seal here, and a seal here, and run it in the ALLEY!"

I like the idea of playing with even teams. It reminds me of the NFL 2K "EQ" thing they had. Maybe this will lead to greater variety and less "lifetime fans" of Miami, VT and Ohio State.
