If everyone put in 5 dollars for a 64 team tournament there would be $320 to split up between maybe the final four? $220 for the winner $50 for the runner up and $25 for the 3rd and 4th teams? I don't know just throwing ideas out.

since I don't know anyone in the tournament, and can't see them, I would be more than a little hesitant. Now if there are travelling tourneys, different story.

Agreed, also the disparity betweeen a top 10 and 60ish team would be tough to overcome. Assuming its like March Madness. If every team can be used more than once, then forget about that.
